How to place an order?

1. Choose the designs you like. 

2. Call / Whatsapp us at 9455 2015 and let us know the following:
   a. Your chosen designs;
   b. Your event date;
   c. How many invites you require; and
   d. Your budget, if any (this will allow us to help you narrow down   
       your search and guide you)

3. Make an appointment to view the cards personally. IMPT!

4. We will give you a quotation within 2 to 3 working days.  No hidden costs!

5. On confirmation of the cards, we will require 50% payment either via cash or bank transfer.

6. Forward your contents to us - through email or screenshot via whatsapp. If you have any font or design in mind, let us know. 


7. A draft will be provided to you via email, in PDF format within 5 - 7 working days. Changes can be made according to your preference. Final printing will only be done once you are absolutely satisfied with the draft.

8. We will request for the remaining 50% payment at this stage before we go for printing.

9. Wait patiently for your cards. We will notify you on collection once it is ready.

*It will typically take about 5 weeks for the entire process - from contents preparation to collection.


​Terms and Conditions


1. All prices quoted are in Singapore currency.

2. Prices will include printing, shipping and delivery unless otherwise stated in our quotation.

3. Additional cost will incur if customization, additional inserts and / or additional printing is required. The default printing cost that is included in quotation will be printing on envelope, card front (if the design is as such) and 2 inserts. 

4. There will be no refunds for orders made (partial or full payment), unless the card of your choice is out of stock. In such an event, you will be informed promptly and given full refund. We seek your understanding on our refund policy as card making and printing works will start as soon as your order is confirmed. Even if your contents have not been sent for printing yet, works would have started on the card making, such as ordering of paper supplies, paper cutting, stamp making, designing, etc. All these incur cost and thus, we will not be able to refund you in the event you decide to cancel your order for any reason whatsoever. Any partial refund that can be made will be on a goodwill basis only and under the discretion of Dhivyam Wedding.

5. Please note that there may be slight variations in the colours of the cards when viewed online due to photography and monitor colour resolution. We strongly advised our customers to view the cards by hand before ordering so that you know exactly what you are getting! 


6. In some cases, paper used for card making may be slightly different due to the supplies available. In such cases, customers will be informed as soon as possible for their approval to proceed or they may choose from other designs available. We try our very best to give you what you ask for but sometimes, some things are just not within our control.

7. We reserve the right to modify any terms / costs at any time.

8. All photos shown in this website, as well as our facebook profile, and the designs of our cards belong solely to Dhivyam Wedding. Permission is required in any event of use, reproduction, copy, printing, etc, by a third party.
